The warm-paper language every Home Zero screen is built from — extrapolated from the downloads-page idiom. Fraunces sets the voice; Hanken carries the body; JetBrains Mono labels the machine. Pine is the one accent that means "good." The board, the briefings, the deep-dives, the agents' artifacts — all assembled from the primitives below.
Paper and card carry the surface; ink and its softer steps carry the text. One pine accent for "good," a warm verdict set (honey → amber → clay) for everything sliding away from it, and a single cool blue for "new / informational."
Three voices. Fraunces (display) for anything that should feel written by a person. Hanken Grotesk for reading. JetBrains Mono, uppercase and letter-spaced, for labels, eyebrows, and numbers the machine produced.
The vocabulary. Every one is a class in the system; the React library wraps each as a component (<Button>, <VerdictPill>, <Sheet> …).
The same primitives assembled into real surfaces — built on real North Fork Valley homes. This is the breadth the library is meant to cover: the board, a deep-dive, a workbench menu, an empty state.

Zero a home on Zillow and it lands here. Your advisor reads the public record and tells you what it'll really cost.
